Li Habana Labs, 100% owned by OMG, is a fully licensed operator and cultivar located on a 3 hectare plot with over 1,000 registered plants in Cundinamarca, with an opportunity to cultivate on an extension of up to 4,000 hectares of organic land in Colombia in the State of Cesar.

OMG has secured two land locations in Colombia for production and other activities such as the construction of an extraction and transformation facility.
The expertise required for organic GAP cultivation and the IP/technology needed for the extraction and purification process would be supported and provided by OMG strategic partner Endoca. Endoca is a global leading hemp producer, delivering pharmaceutical grade EU GMP2 standard product to the market for over a decade, and is OMG's largest shareholder and production advisor.
